Driven Pheasant Shooting in Hungary

"Discovery is travel's sweet reward to find some new and unexpected place that lays hold
of your heart.  Part of mine is still in Hungary, among the pheasants on the Tisza Plain.
Now that the Iron Curtain no longer obscures the view, Hungary is a new world waiting
to be explored, and part of what's been hidden from the West for a generation or more is the
finest driven pheasant shooting on the Continent.  Her rich hunting tradition once was the private
domain of royalty, usurped by the Communist dictators and bureaucrats.  Now it's available to
anyone who might like the experience of  culture steeped in history; of the beautiful city known
as the Paris of Eastern Europe; a people extraordinarily warm; a superb cuisine; and shooting
of a quality you'd be hard pressed to find anywhere else in the world.
You'll find it all in Hungary, and it can steal your heart.  Call that serendipity.
Call it sweet reward."
